How Findexx protects funds of users?

When a user deposits crypto, the funds are transferred to cold wallets within 24 hours.

When a user requests for withdrawals, our admin receive the request. Our admin staff will manually check each withdrawal and approve it. Only funds from withdrawal wallet will be used. Access to cold storage wallet is never linked.

By doing this, we make sure all funds are protected. At the same time, we do not use the funds for other purposes.  It is safe guarded in cold wallets.

We maintain the exchange from the following revenue streams. We do not touch our cold wallets.
