An execution environment that performs reliably with a small number of concurrent tasks can face very different demands once that number grows, and Lithosphere is treating throughput at scale as a core requirement of Lithic’s ongoing development rather than a problem to solve only once it appears.
Rising agent demand means more tasks executing concurrently, each expecting the same deterministic, verifiable conditions Lithic provides regardless of how many other tasks are running alongside it. Because PPAL identity is available natively at the execution layer, and results feed forward into DNNS discovery and MultX settlement, execution throughput has effects that extend beyond Lithic itself — a slowdown at this layer can compound across every step that depends on it.
